Jaan, located on the ground floor of the 1917 property, takes you back to the glamourous 1920s when Raffles Beijing was known as “the Number One Hotel in the Far East”. The original 1924 dance floor and sparkling crystal chandeliers recall the days when Raffles Beijing first served as the meeting place between Chinese and foreign dignitaries. Be part of this historic splendour today, and enjoy light and innovative French cuisine crafted by Chef de Cuisine Guillaume Galliot. Besides a beautiful main dining hall, Jaan has two elegant private dining rooms for special occasions and festivities. Admire Chang An Avenue from tall French windows, while savouring fine French wines to compliment your delicious meal.
