The contemporary "live kitchen" concept gives patrons the opportunity to watch chefs work with fire amidst the other elements of stone (earth), wood, metal and glass (water) to create a contemporary yet distinctly elegant Asian appeal. Diners have the opportunity to graze tasting portion offerings of appetizers, salads and desserts displayed at the action stations while the main course is served plated and chosen from a daily changing selection, cooked a la minute. The menu features the spirit and flavors of regional Asian dishes using the freshest available ingredients which comprise the elements of the dish.
