Very unique place in Beijing. A brand new experience. Very friendly service, authentic soup base, design by French designer.
LaTingTing is a place to relax ad enjoy good food.
Stepping into La Ting Ting, we were immediately struck by the elegant and simple French design and the courteous staff. Taking a spot by the window, it wasn’t long before we were joined by five other parties—a good sign for any restaurant. As hot pot lovers, our choices were easy: red pepper sauce and lean slices of beef and shrimp balls, followed by plates of tofu, daikon, spinach and shitake and enoki mushrooms. Each plate, although a bit pricey, was deliciously fresh and we soon found little need to use the sauce we had ordered thanks to the restaurant’s own flavorful broth. Finally, full to the brim and pleased with our meal, we casually glanced around and noticed as nearby diners laughed and chatted comfortably over their appetizing plates. While hot pot may not be your ideal summer meal, La Ting Ting’s air-conditioned environment is no doubt the perfect spot to get your hot pot fix.
