Warm, cozy and consistent, Annie's has some of the most polite waitstaff in Beijing serving up the usual Italian spread of pastas and pizzas. Extremely kid-friendly, this great Italian chain has high chairs and toy corners, and children can also color on the table mats and make their own pizzas.

I've only been to this Annie's, not the others, but I have always been really happy with everything there. It's not too expensive, they give generous portions, enough to take home sometimes, and it's... comfy. One waitress remembered some things about me 5 months later! We had the shortest little conversation, and I hadn't gone in for 5 months, and when I went back she said, "You're the .. blahblah..., right?" That was SO NICE. Sounds small, but it really made me feel warm, like they pay attention and care about their customers. I can't believe she remembered me after all that time and seeing so many customers.

I used to order pizza from O Sole Mio, and I was always too snobby for Annie's for some reason. Then, when OSM's free delivery that they advertise turned out to be not so free, I called Annies. The delivery service really is free, and it's also very fast. Those e-bikes they have are great! Also, the staff are SO pleasant on the phone. They're fast becoming my favorite fuwuyuanr. And the pizza's not bad. :-)

went here once. i think i like the other branch at chaoyang park better. i like the crowds there, feels warmer. but for those who like annie's but opting for quieter scene, you can head to this restaurant. food is good. good lasagna, very good annie's pizza. have some friends having delivery from here and they love it, its fast, still warm food and yes, its free.

i havent been to this one yet. only the one in chaoyang park. but it's my delivery place. it's not gourmet food, but more homecooked style, some dishes are a bit dull for my taste, but i gotta say it's good food, and annie's seems to have maintained their standards over the years! and delivery is by far the most friendly, competent and professional!

I went there for a winter cheese fondue the other day. Not bad! ;)
