Warm, cozy and consistent, Annie's has some of the most polite waitstaff in Beijing serving up the usual Italian spread of pastas and pizzas. Extremely kid-friendly, this great Italian chain has high chairs and toy corners, and children can also color on the table mats and make their own pizzas.

eewww If you're looking for quick, easy italian, then annie's might be your place. but in reality, anyone who tasted a semi decent italian food would not eat at annies.

"Experience Review" If you are not into presentation or ambience, than this place may be ideal. Fairly priced dishes but service are not always consistent but acceptable. Quality of food for that price is good. However, being an Italain restaurant should have more Italian Wine by the Glass

This is not a fine dining restaurant, but their food provide an excellent ratio of quality/price.

Annie's is certainly not authentic Italian, and I wouldn't go there if I were in search of hip atmosphere or fine dining. Nevertheless, I was a college student in the American midwest long ago, and Annie's reminds me of the comfort food from the mom-and-pop pizza joint near campus I used to get delivered on rainy Sunday afternoons. Some friends and I actually did that this weekend, and the gnocchi and pizza might have just saved my life.

Anybody who has a glimpse of what Italian food is, will never call Annie’s an Italian restaurant, the badly cook food is an offense to Italy and its culinary tradition.

good service, decent food, good price, accepts foreign credit cards....closer to American Italian than authentic, and atmosphere needs updating, but overall a very good experience!

They have fresh basil and make an excellent pesto - for this fact alone I will be back. There is a good selection of pasta and the portions are large enough that a meal will leave you wishing for a movie night. Good Beijing staple with its multiple locations and I'm happy they do deliveries, its a nice stay in option.

had to send back my pizza, they put anchovies and not arichokes on the pizza, they tried to scrape off and give it back to me....

but when the pizza came it was good, was not so expensive as stated above.

I'd go back again

waiters are polite but maybe not so bright

Nothing impressive about the pizza here but comparing it with Kro's Nest, The Tree (read my review on the above two restaurants) and Pizza Hut; Annie's is the best among them in terms of flavour. Service was acceptable. Price is fair. This outlet at Chaoyang Park is suitable for family dining if they can allocate enough non-smoking areas. Most probably I will go back again to enjoy a decent pizza.

not an authentic italian food restaurant for sure. but still the food tastes good. annie's pizza, lasagna, the pastas and the fried cheese (i forgot what it's called) are some that i usually order from there. if you want to have big more than 4 people coming you better make a reservation as the restaurant is always crowded every time i go there. somehow i love the crowd here. feels more alive and warmer. but not noisy as in chinese restaurant.
