Warm, cozy and consistent, Annie's has some of the most polite waitstaff in Beijing serving up the usual Italian spread of pastas and pizzas. Extremely kid-friendly, this great Italian chain has high chairs and toy corners, and children can also color on the table mats and make their own pizzas.

I ordered one pizza on Saturda and on Sunday ordered one Soup and one pizza. Five minutes later they called me back saying that I must order anything more like salad, dessert... because my bill was so small (65 RMB) to them delivery in my home otherwise I should pay one 25RMB fee. I canceled my order!
The same think happened with my friend. Very bad Staff!!

The restaurant has a homey atmosphere and a nice staff. The food is reasonable priced and of average taste and quality. Thats it, nothing special about it...

I frequently order pizzas through Annie's. And everytime the same: correct and efficient. Pizzas are delivered within 25 minutes. And for the restaurant: one of the few places that care about children: what a clever idea, to let the kids do their own little pizza directly at the table. Three precious minutes for the parent, before foods start to arrive, to concentrate on other things than flying spoons ...

While it may not be a 5-star dining experience, Annie's is an excellent neighborhood choice for hearty Italian cuisine. The prices are extremely reasonable at around 40-50 for a pasta main course and around 20 for salads and appetizers. The portions are never disappointing and always fill me up. The service is extremely warm and friendly as well - once we were lost in the neighborhood trying to locate and venue and walked into Annie's to pick up a copy of Cityweekend; we weren't even planning on eating there and the wait staff still helped us navigate our way!
The fact that Annie's has opened so many locations is a testament to its success!
