This comfy little bar nestled in Jianwai SOHO with a blues, jazzy feel serves up old-fashioned Italian favorites alongside an eclectic wine list. Light yellow walls, design magazines strewn about and weird art on the walls say funky Japan. On weekend nights it starts to hop with drink specials and a jazz band. Perfect for practicing your arrigato.

comfy atmosphere & friendly staff is definitely a reason why i keep going back to this small but hip cafe. food is great too, their soup in the bread bowl is a must-try, my personal favourite is Seafood Chowder.i've always enjoy their freshly made pasta too, although fettuccine carbonara is definitely fatal to my diet plan, but everytime i go there, i let myself have a "day-off". after enjoying my favourite food, i will at least spend half an hour glancing through their latest US edition fashion magazines.

Nice little romantic hideout in the bustling heart of Jianwai SOHO. The food was okay, the presentation of it is nicely done . Certainly it has potential, but that day it was all a little bland. Definitely a good place for a romantic dinner on a budget.

Perfect place for a quick & decent lunch or a chill out afternoon to enjoy a coffee and magazines.
Home made pasta is a must-try and bread soup is evil as is sooooooooo creamy!

The pizza is easily the best out there -- in terms of customizability. The David Feng version comes with pineapple, onion and ham. Delicious. (If they added in tuna, they'd be in David Feng culinary paradise.)
The Spaghetti Bolognaise is pretty much as Swiss as it can get. (This to yours truly, whose teeth first made contact with Spaghetti Bolognaise in Switzerland.)
Great wifi. Romantic music (hope they're still playing that now.) Lavvies a bit odd, but they've got to be special somewhere. Eyes tired out -- and was hard-pressed to find any trace of Chinglish.
Easily one of my favorites in the city.
