The name doesn't suggest the restaurant, there is nothing 'rock n roll' about this calm and soothing decor Japanese restaurant.
With 14 variety of noodles as the main menu and their oversized ladle is just bound to feed you quite well. I also recommend the Elvis roaster mini potato Y22; Japanese papery hot pot Y22 is quite yummy as well, the soup is clear option of seafood, kimchi or beef hot pot (ranging from Y28 to Y35) and Beef rice Y28 is also pretty tasty.
The food overall is very clear and not too oily, with good service and pretty reasonable pricing, is one of the reason you wanna brave the trip to the Financial Street.

Agree with the above. Also, their tonkatsu (炸猪排) is really well done, among the best I've had in the city. Wudaokou's Isshin still takes the prize for the tasty curry you can order up with it, but the actual tonkatsu is better here.
The restaurant itself is bright and very, very clean. Don't sit near the doors if it's a chilly day, though. The doors stay open if they're opened all the way, and the fuwuyuan don't close them. The cold draft on the back of my neck all meal was aggravating.
