That all the standards one expects when setting foot in a Xinjiang place are up to snuff here is small surprise, since the restaurant's just a stone's throw away from Niu Jie. The chuan'r, dapanji, etc. are all excellent. What really sets this one apart though is the cleanliness (impeccable) and the service (friendly and super-prompt). Be sure to try the yiner xuelitang (literally, "silver ear pear soup"), a cool and refreshing way to finish off a fiery, cumin-laced meal.
