It's all your standard Xinjiang favorites, but better (and cleaner). Go ahead and order the same thing you get at every other Xinjiang restaurant in the city (if you're like us, yangrouchuan, dapan ji and maybe some na'an), but be sure to step out of your comfort zone and give the nianchou (sticky) yogurt a try.
