As part of the Official Xinjiang Office in the capital, this restaurant is one of Beijing’s best kept secrets. The two hundred over tables are always full during dinner time, while the Dapan Chicken, chu’anrs and homemade yogurt are possibly the best in the city. Rumors have it that you can't get the lamb chops without some guanxi.
