Sit down for a plate of excellent dapanji (chicken with handmade noodles and vegetables), roast goat or the popular lamb kebabs at this boisterous place. It's overpriced for the fare, but it's still a good place to take visitors for a lively evening. The song and dance routines and beautiful Uigher dancing girls may just get you out of your seat.

Red Rose deserves special mention for being the only Muslim restaurant in Beijing that truly understands the mechanics of its Shisha pipes. The cool, fragrant smoke of Red Rose's apple tobacco somehow helps Beijing's smog go down that much more easily.

Acceptable Xinjiang food in a relatively clean environment.
You don't really want to go there for the food, but more for the shows (belly dancers and Xinjiang band). However, don't expect to have a conversation with your friends, the place is just too noisy.
