Attached to the Xinjiang provincial government's office, this place puts the city's ubiquitous chuan'r stands to the test. The yangrou chuan'r are plumper and juicier, the fresh in-house yogurt inspires one to forget the store-bought stuff, and the house specialty, xiyu fengqing shouzhua yangrou, proves just how awesome boiled meat can be.
