The seafaring cousin of Let's Burger, this two-story bistro serves everything from marlin to lobster. The mussels are a steal, and all main courses are served with soup, potatoes, rice and unlimited free bread for a good-value but carb-heavy meal. The service, unfortunately, errs on the side of overbearing.
Mussel Up
Let’s Burger’s seafaring cousin has cast its anchor at Nali Patio, with a two-story bistro and an open kitchen. Like at Let’s Burger, you get a paper menu and a pencil to check off what you want and order at the counter. But you’ll never get a chance to approach the counter thanks to the overbearing service. We don’t mind being waited on, but having four different fuwuyuan fussing over our table every few minutes was tiresome. The creamy white wine mussels (¥65) are a steal, a mountain of shellfish served with a parsley and basil white wine sauce that can be mopped up with the unlimited free bread. Don’t let the name of the chunky lobster salad (¥238) fool you—it’s actually an entire lobster served with a little side salad and perfect for a main course. The seared marlin (¥98), like all main fish dishes, comes with a free soup, potatoes and rice for a good-value but carb-heavy meal. In the future, we hope the service at this comfortable and cozy spot will back off and let the food speak for itself.
