Dumplings are awesome. I go there for the dumplings and this really good green veggie hot dish. The menu is not that extensive but big enough to feel like you can eat there often. Photos are helpful. The restaurant is clean and bright with a modern design--comfortable. They also have a really healthy chicken soup, Chinese style. Great place to eat Chinese food in a non-sketchy environment!

DTF's Braised hairy crab roe and meat with rice cakes is sooo good! I'm drooling just thinking of it... Shanghai hairy crab roe, meat, and pork dumplings is wonderful as in heaven! yummm. You gotta go to this place to have dumplings that have more juice in it than normal Beijing dumplings/baozi.

Except the good foods the quality of service is very important. This is one of the restaurants in Beijing make me feel warm and be served in the restaurant. Come on !! It's 2008 already!!

Dumplings, dumplings, dumplings... the food in this restaurant is superb and probably serves the best dumplings I have eaten. Vegetables and accompanying sauces are also excellent. The service is efficient and staff friendly. The menu has pictures for non Chinese speakers, the decor is pleasant and it was crowded so it is best to book. Brunch or even a late lunch, wonderful.
