Set foot in in this eatery and your eyes are immediately drawn to the flurry of noodle making activity. Patrons can expect hip music and large murals set against al dente Shanxi noodles and fusion dishes. Recommended are the youmian (shell shaped noodles) and the extra long single noodle. Garnish your noodles with some Shanxi vinegar and watch the bustle.

Nice hip place, the dining area is spacious and has a high ceiling, what made it a rather loud and not too comfortable dining experience. All the food we had was pretty good and tasty, worth its money. When you like minimal, try of the different shaped noodles with the simple tomato egg or braised pork.... sauce. The service was pretty good, even though the place was packed.
