Jin Shan Cheng is one of Beijing's most affordable and authentic Sichuan restaurants, as evidenced by its locations scattered around the city. You can find great lazi ji ding and Chongqing style hotpot at some. The restaurant brings together several Chinese cuisines together to create a fusion of sorts, among them Taiwanese, Cantonese and Sichuan. For a change from traditional kaoya, try the Changsha roasted duck (Changsha jian ban ya, 长沙酱板鸭) for a savory experience. Perfect for a rowdy evening with friends.
