This Chengdu restaurant is renowned for its fish “cold pot.” The fish is fried and then added to pot of cold soup and fresh vegetables. After, the leftover soup is boiled, and turned into a hot pot. Other must-tries include the Sanzhi’er chicken, a spicy cold dish with young bamboo shoots and lots of white sesame. Service is excellent.
