Who says chain restaurants aren't good? Yu Xin dishes out authentic Sichuan that will make your mouth and eyes water. Menu must tries include the shuizhuyu (fish boiled in a mixture of oil and chili peppers), dandanmian (担担面, spicy Sichuan noodle), koushuiji (口水鸡, Mouth-Watering Chicken), and, for the traditionalists, gongbaojiding (宫爆鸡丁). Perfect for those impervious to "mala" (extremely spicy fare).
