The Beijing Tatler says they serve up some of the best steaks in town and we agree. The cuts are flown in fresh from abroad and the cheapest cut, the rib-eye, ranks with the best of the flank around town. Tuck in, but don't forego the mango flan with fruit compote.

Great wine selection, with the meat room, notice there is 2 or maybe 3 big piece of cow hanging there. So you can choose which part you like and they'll butch right on the spot, you can even choose how big do you want it, so flexible.
Salad was fine, but could be more crisp, the meat I had was medium well, but still a bit tough to chew on somehow, wine companion was great though, dessert could use more sugar (well I'm a big fan or dessert anyway, maybe just me).

Definitely a very casual and relaxing place... so don't expect any hoity toity-ness.
Service whilst friendly, prompt and "proactive" was extremely professional.
Brazilian BBQ was wonderfully marinated, and grilled to perfection (especially the chicken and beef)... and oh yeah! A must have is their grilled lobster... heavenly! :P

Top steak place.
Beautifully designed to give a relaxing atmosphere. Prompt first class service.
The wine list is a monster. Really liked the Gipsie Jack Rose. Very good summer drinking wine.
The food is as you would expect, marvellous. The steaks were cooked exactly to order (medium rare) which doesn't always happen in Beijing. Thought the sides could do with a little more pzazz. The steak fries were fairly ordinary thin French fries, would have been nice if they could have done them thicker. The pineapple upside down cake rounded off the meal nicely.
Will definitely return, and maybe try the amazing looking seafood bar.

Did my second trip here to check out the joint after couple months of opening.
I guess it is what they said that nothing beats the first experience.
While our waitress - Nancy was extremely attentive.
The atmosphere was pretty dry when we went there and realized that no one bother to sip Champagne at the Seafood bar, the open kitchen was spacious, but literally was empty.
The wine list is long, that it gave me a headache.
Anyway beef is the main thing, still tough, guess next time need to order really really 'rare' and not enough sauce, it's practically a bit of dip. Sugar still not good enough for me, needs more kick.

A paradise for meat and seafood lovers, Cru Steakhouse serves the finest cuts of meat alongside a wide variety of seafood plucked fresh from oceans around the world.
The catch of the day is displayed with other regional delicacies at a cool ice bar, allowing guests to pick and choose fillets of fancy. In a Beijing first, Cru Steakhouse also features a state-of-the-art meat aging room, as well as a traditional rotisserie grill to prepare open-flame cooked skewered meats, Brazilian churrasco style.
Like the food, the restaurant design is clean, contemporary and quality, featuring rich, warm colours almost reflecting those used in the cooking: wine red candles and carpets, chocolate backed chairs, and ash hued tables and room dividers. Dark wood is also used to create a striking curtain wave along garden side windows – a work of art in itself.
To accompany the impressive cuisine, Cru Steakhouse offers a selection of over 250 exclusive bottles of wine: from bold new world reds to the finest Chardonnay’s, the rarest dessert wines, and everything in between. The exceptional collection is displayed in striking glass-encased pillars around the restaurant, as well as at the intimate wine bar and in private rooms – ideal for wine tastings and cozy gatherings.
