Located between Chaoyangmen and Dongzhimen subway stations - about 8 minute walk to either. Also very convenient for numerous bus lines.
Apartment includes: internet (WIFI), air-conditioning, washing machine, microwave, oven, TV & DVD player, 2 bathrooms (you'd be sharing yours with just one other person), 3 balconies, and more. Room furnishings include bed, desk, chair & closest.
International roommates include representatives from Italy, Germany, the U.S., and China. All very cool people; friendly & easygoing! :)
You'd be taking over my 3-month lease which expires at the beginning of October (2 months left on the lease), with an option to extend if you wish. 2000RMB/month & deposit of 1 month's rent. You can move in as early as Monday, July 27th.
