The decor, the clientèle, and, most importantly, the scent one observes upon entering into this Nanluoguxiang establishment all scream "dive bar". And, indeed, such is what Reef Bar seems to be. Not a bad place if you just want to get plastered, but there are better choices, both in Nanluoguxiang and elsewhere.
