The cocktail alchemists behind Apothecary bring masterful cocktails and premium whiskies to the Jianwai SOHO set. Try the Apricot Old Fashioned or the Sazerac. Twilight plays mood-making jazz and is elegantly decorated, but plan to be fashionably late as the noise from downstairs in the early evening can sometimes break its spell.
Night Lights
The cocktail alchemists behind Apothecary and Er have opened this elegant bar, bringing masterful cocktails to the Jianwai SOHO set. Try the apricot old fashioned (¥70), an elixir of house-infused apricot bourbon, angostura bitters and a dash of Laphroaig. The Sazerac (¥70), a blend of rye, peychaud’s bitters and an absinthe rinse, is similarly stunning. Twilight plays world-class jazz, serves quality whisky (¥60 for the Yoichi 10-year) and is elegantly decorated.
