I enjoyed the apple store. Big selection, knowledgeable staff, bright atmosphere. But, when i was told that all accessories were half price that day, except the two items i inquired about, i felt the old sense of Beijing-past seeping out. Pity, creates a bad impression on Apple.

Lots of hardware to try out, large selection of accessories - definitely the place to go when you want all things Apple. Their staff are also pretty helpful - as long as you can get their attention. They seem to be victims of their own success. There are just too many people trying to get the attention of their staff.
My biggest problem with this store is when you're checking out - the lines may seem short, but you wait forever. It takes a long time to process even a single purchase. It can take several minutes for a single accessory paid in cash. There's something seriously wrong with their checkout procedure.
In summary, great place to shop but if you go during peak hours, expect to spend a long time waiting for service.
