p.s. BOC certified, China Organic seal certified, and ISO certification. One forgotten (new) pint in the back of my fridge was still beautifully fresh, even 3-4 weeks later...it's always fresh and delicious, even though I get a delivery only every other week.

I have visited the farm and the cows are indeed happy and healthy, fed only the best--fresh organic corn grown on site, certified organic hay shipped in from Inner Mongolia...organic carrots...not to mention the grass grazing in the sunlight...quite a serene life for them!
