This rec softball league is open to men and women, and all levels. The league is made up of local and corporate teams, which play almost every Sunday. Games are Sundays between 12-3pm at the Western Academy Beijing Tiger Field. Join their Facebook group, Beijing Softball League, or write to the commissioner for updates. Seasons run Aug.-Nov. and Apr.-June, individuals can sign up any time during the season—the league commissioner will find a slot for you on one of the teams.
The Beijing Softball League is a fun sports organization that is open to all men and women--bat boys and bat girls, absolute beginners, and old swingers alike. We encourage you to organize your own team of at least 11 players before each season. You are welcome to contact us if you just wish to be placed on a team and join us on the diamond. Compete against the likes of corporate teams such as Blue Frog Spin Doctors, Pinyin Minyan, The US Embassy, WAB, Journalists, Killer Pandas, Relevant Authorities and Union.
