The French football team in Beijing was created in 1994 and has been participating in major soccer tournaments held in Beijing. The team is composed French and Chinese students and managers. Every year, the team takes part in a 11-player-amateur Championship organized by IFFC, playing against Chinese, Russian, Japanese, African and Korean teams.
