This yoga center teaches traditional yoga and zen meditation under an expert. Chan Zhou Yoga's teachers have twenty years of experience and have rained in monasteries with yoga and meditation masters. Some are also an experts in Daoist ideology.
chan zhou yoga follow the traditional teachings of classic yoga and zen meditation. The trainer has a background in oriental medicine and doaist teachings, but specialises in traditional forms of meditation, the unique aspect of chan zhou yoga is that the trainer has more than 20 years experience and has spent many long hours in traditional chinese monasteries receiving pure teachings from the masters.
