I searched almost every yoga studio within the fourth ring road before becoming a member here, and I do not regret it. I have been practicing many types of yoga (ashtanga, Bikram, hatha) for years, so I have high standards. Every teacher here is great, the classes are actually difficult, and you will make great progress in just a few months. Besides the high quality instruction, the studio is a lovely community. It feels like meeting up with friends for a class after work. I should also add that they treat their clients very well, almost like service in North America. I highly recommend this studio!
