The coach is really professional. After having classes for 2 months, i dont have stiff shoulder and pain back any more. This is really good and strongly recommend if you have to sit in front of a pc more than 10 hours a day!

Professional coach, small class with quiet, cozy enviroment. It took time to look for this kind of Yoga class after I am back from US, and I am lucky to have Yanhui Yoga Pilates Studio right in the neigbourhood. So far, I have been taking class for almost a year, it does help a lot to my stiff shoulder and neckpain, and gives me a strong belly. Besides, after 1-yr sweaty class, I am able to keep my weight stable, which really bothered me a lot before (^_^)
