Yoga can be about good health, strength, fitness and just feeling better. . Yoga doesn't have to be about preaching or chanting or dogma. Your philosophy is your own.
So she's creating a yoga practice space that embraces all this.
Yonnie is Beijing's only registered Yoga Alliance 500 hour certified Yoga Teacher. She specialises in the safe teaching of ashtanga vinyasa, the most athletic form of physical yoga. She has studied with some of the most senior yoga teachers in the world.
Small classes. No hocus pocus. No gimmicks. Just high quality, safe, awesome teaching.
Yonnie doesn't presume to have any definitive answers. And she doesn't preach any particular 'paths'. If you ever hear a 'yoga voice' in class, you'll get your money back.
