The word "Dystopia" comes to mind, but it should get better and better, maybe after a short period of getting worse and worse (new cars are still hitting the roads at the same stupid pace, after all). I am afraid of the place in winter, but I like it lots in summer, when the jungle-like vegetation is all grown-in.
