Dear ivorynightfall's,
I am very sorry about your experience in our restaurant. The set menu is RMB65 for 2 course and RMB85 for 3. This set menu include a soft drink or a coffee and you should have get it. We do not have any "minimum consumption" fee and I guess this situation is based on a misunderstanding from ou staff. I will have a serious talk with my team about this. About the croque monsieur, We use sliced bread as we are a traditional French restaurant and as far as I know, it always have been this way. "Sandwiches" is served with home made baguette as we make our bread ourselves, this is something you will rarely find in Beijing. I am French nationality but people know me as "Fa Hua". As the new manager of the place (only two weeks), I will be more than happy to meet you on your next visit so please do not hesitate to ask for me.
