Run by former staff of the China World Hotel, this cozy restaurant serves quality dishes at modest prices with decent service. With both an a la carte menu and a conveyor belt, you'll be spoiled for choice -- we recommend the salted grilled mackerel and the surprisingly tasty baked escargots.

I absolutely love this place! Everything I've ever ordered has been fantastic, my favorites being the salmon and mango sushi and the tempura soba. Today I tried one of their lunch bento boxes for the first time and it was a great value for the money, plus great quality food as well. Highly recommend.
Nice decent place for cheap sushi. The rotary sushi brings you 6RMB plates that are in general of a few grades better quality than the city widespread sushi express ones.
The establishment is clean, the food is served fast enough (which comes as no suprise since the establishment has never been really full on any of my visits) and as said, the small 6RMB plates are of a good quality. Surely not fine dining, but a great way to eat your afternoon trough sushi.

City Weekend Review
Kuki is a cozy spot with a fresh selection of sushi on the menu and the conveyor belt in front of you. Run by former staff of the China World Hotel, it serves quality dishes at modest prices with friendly and attentive service. We recommend ordering a la carte and picking plates off the conveyor (plates priced at ¥6-28). The refreshing shredded seaweed salad (¥8) was the perfect mix of tart and sweet. The potato salad (¥12) was light and easy on the palate. Our salmon sashimi (¥48) and tuna sashimi (¥68) were a treat at the price. However, the salted grilled mackerel (¥38) was the star. It all begins with a very fresh fish. Crisp, tender and cooked just right, this dish is a must. We also ventured out and ordered baked escargots (¥48) that turned out excellent. The snails came stuffed with fluffy mashed potato and the chef successfully managed the butter garlic combination without it dripping in grease.
