Description

A paradise for meat and seafood lovers, Cru Steakhouse serves the finest cuts of meat alongside a wide variety of seafood plucked fresh from oceans around the world. The catch of the day is displayed with other regional delicacies at a cool ice bar, allowing guests to pick and choose fillets of fancy. In a Beijing first, Cru Steakhouse also features a state-of-the-art meat aging room, as well as a traditional rotisserie grill to prepare open-flame cooked skewered meats, Brazilian churrasco style. Like the food, the restaurant design is clean, contemporary and quality, featuring rich, warm colours almost reflecting those used in the cooking: wine red candles and carpets, chocolate backed chairs, and ash hued tables and room dividers. Dark wood is also used to create a striking curtain wave along garden side windows – a work of art in itself. To accompany the impressive cuisine, Cru Steakhouse offers a selection of over 250 exclusive bottles of wine: from bold new world reds to the finest Chardonnay’s, the rarest dessert wines, and everything in between.
