Mosto's owner and chef, Daniel Urdaneta presides over one of the city's best kitchens. Chef Urdaneta helped SALT become the Beijing legend that it is today when he worked there, but he's been very successful since branching out on his own.

Alameda's Chef Thomazini has brought molecular gastronomy to Sanlitun this year. The Brazilian chef also enjoys Beijing's nightlife, and you can regularly find him after hours at Suzie Wong's.

La Pizza's Chef Giuseppe de Stefano comes from a family of pizza chefs and made his first pie when he was 12. He's been awarded international pizza making awards and now makes the best pizza crust Beijing has to offer.

Chef Yannick moved to Beijing this year from Paris and has loved the change of pace. He's the head chef at Le Pre Lenotre, the Sofitel Wanda's very high class French restaurant. He loves Chinese food but has done a lot of work with imported French seafood at Le Pre Lenotre.
