Everything you love about the original Hatsune, featuring the same menu with all original classics along with new delectable additions and a remarkable new design. Already a legend in Beijing renowned for its fresh California style Japanese sushi rolls and high-quality service, the new Hatsune is an instant sensation with its innovative and impressive décor. Featuring a waterfall glass door entrance, two sushi bars, a ceiling-high bar with movable ladders, colorful traditional Japanese komono prints along the walls and a centrally located outdoor terrace, the new Hatsune was inspired by underwater, aquatic themes evident throughout the restaurant. Located right in the heart of Sanlitun, a destination with history, Hatsune is the newest hot-spot bringing a high-end fusion of dining and drinking to Beijing's restaurant scene.

I was happily surprised to find this restaurant in the newly opened Nali Patio mall in Sanlitun. The food is lovely and the restaurant has a very nice design, simple but yet elegant. I have been there now for both lunch and dinner and was very pleased with the selections of courses on the menu. Try the Tuna Tartar, the Fois Gras or Beef Tenderloin, and the Hazelnut Parfait is a must! It isn't easy to find a restaurant with both nice decoration, great food and atmosphere in Beijing but this restaurant has it all!
