From February 1 through February 10, The Big Kitchen restaurant features a distinct theme dinner buffet every night as prepared by a team of master chefs led by Executive Chef Hamish Watts. Family will surely enjoy the popular “Sanya Streets BBQ” buffet which features various local-style skewers of meat, chicken and seafood without the fumes of the street. The “Colours of Asia Buffet” offers the sumptuous dishes from China, Japan and the rest of Asia, while the holiday dishes of East and West are on display at the festive “Celebration Buffet”. Savour the dishes in the “Underwater World – South China Seas Seafood BBQ” buffet which is a festive bounty of fresh prawns, crabs, clams and fish in banana leaves with tender beef, chicken & lamb is a sure delight for a family feast. Diners can also look forward to indulge in classic roasts, burgers, quesadillas and fresh shrimps during the “American Diner” as well as relish the specialities from the land of caviar, beetroot, piroshkis & vodka in the “East of Europe” buffet. One shouldn’t miss also on the “Continental Review” buffet which presents a round-up of Europe and Asian delicacies.
The highlight is the Lunar New Year family reunion feast on February 6 with traditional favourites such as pork meatballs, fish, prawns and poached chicken among others.
