Sunday morning dim sum at Bai Yun hotel is a Guangzhou institution, appreciated as much (if not more so) by locals, as it is by guests of the hotel. The large dining hall gets packed early morning, and stays that way until about 11am. No surprise, considering the wide range of dim sum choices. Expect to spend a minimum of Y50 per person.
