Hidden away amongst the winding tunnels of the underground Update Mall, 10.2 is a classic Hong Kong casual-hip restaurant. The food is a mix of East and West (but leans far more toward the latter). Pastas and Japanese noodles, plus Hong Kong-style milk teas. The clientele is mostly nappy haired young hipsters toting shopping bags full of Hello Kitty underwear and wearing dayglo Converse high-tops. You wouldn't guess from passing by, but the food is surprisingly good. This place is pang, lang, zang. (see Cantonese phrase section for translation).
