FInally a real good western food restaurant in Guangzhou. After several disapointing restaurant visit we found this new gourmet restaurant. It is runned by swedish guys and th food is really top gourmet. We went for the 7 course menu including wine suggestions only 488 Rmb and we were totally lost. Started with 37-degrees salmon and ginger mayo- superb - then the soya marinated tuna with lemongrass jelly and pine nut cream. Creamy garlic soup with fred pork, yummy and then turbot fish with cauliflower purée and roasted macadamian nuts, the filet steak american angus was really tender and the magnificant dessert of apple and cinnamon ice-cream - perfect- every dish is served with selected wine and explained. The Chinese manager spoke perfect english and we had our best dinner in a long time. Must go soon again. Marcus and wife.
