Delicious and authentic Hunan cuisine. Shame about the decor, especially the plastic wicker chairs. But the view is nice, and so is the staff of this Hunan-imported restaurant. Just make sure they don't give you the lao wai treatment and tone down the spices so much that you can't even taste them. Then again, be careful when talking spices with a Hunan waiter, or you might just get what you asked for. Delivery to River View Towers and Ersha Island area.
