you can tell a restaurant is doing something right when there are chairs set up outside every weekend to where guests wait for half an hour beside a busy street - and they're still smiling. That's because locals (including a big crowd of expat regulars) know Lemon House is infallibly consistent in putting top notch Vietnamese dishes on the table - and for very moderate prices. Tangy curry soups, and delicious fresh spring rolls. You simply can't go wrong here unless you're in a hurry to eat.

Awesome food, I feel like a beached whale right now. The curry is to die for and on top of all the yummy food, the prices are really in the lower range. We had two appetizers, vegetables, frog, pork, a seafood curry, a chicken salad , rice and washed it down with a couple of big bottles Ice cold Tiger beer, and it set us back around 200 kuai. The portions are huge, so to be honest if we just had ordered half it would have been enough. The place as such isnt coszy or fance, but then again the best resturants never is. Just go there and pig out as we did, worth every kuai.
