the latest and most ambitious café-bar to sprout up in the funky enclave of Tian He Nan, which generally would imply it is also the most expensive and snobbish. Fortunately, neither is true. Opened by Shirley Xiao, owner of the nearby Tough Jeans boutique, Concept Zinc is just what this neighborhood needed – a spacious, beautifully-designed bar with exposed brick walls and an excellent drink/food menu. Check out the Mojito (Y28), and dig the wide screen projector with MTV clips playing to a House party mix of Hip Hop and R&B. Definitely one of the best spots in town. Don't miss the library of English books on the upper level.
