Yet More BBILF Prizes

As promised in City Weekend's Issue 5, we now have a pair of tickets to Dreaming in Mongolian for you to get your greedy little literary hands on, as well as tickets to A Conversation with Brian Keenan on Sunday evening.

First, the tickets to Mr. Man's event. You're going to have to earn this one. A pair of tickets to this one goes to the person who provides the best-written review of a Mongolian restaurant on our site anytime before 9pm on Thursday, March 13.

What does "best written" mean? Pretend you're writing a review in CW magazine. Talk about the place's decor, its food, its service, and include any other informational bits about the restaurant you think are interesting. Reviews in the magazine are only about 200 words, so what's important here is quality, not quantity. Good grammar, vivid descriptions, and solid sentence construction will always win out over a torrent of meaningless detail.

To review a Mongolian restaurant, click on your favorite restaurant from this list or if we (heaven forbid) don't have the restaurant on our site, click here to add it. Your description will count as your review. Be sure to leave the words "For the Tickets" before your review, so we know that you're doing it because of your love of John Man and Mongolian food, rather than simply because you can't wait to tell the world you ate in a yurt last night.

Second, lest we forget, we have the tickets to an evening with Brian Keenan, an Irish journalist famous for his five years spent as a hostage in Lebanon (as well as his many subsequent literary works). For your chance to attend this one-of-a-kind event, simply head over to the webpage for Mr. Keenan's event and answer the question

If you had to choose one person with whom to spend five years in captivity, who would it be, and why?

What sort of answer are we looking for? Anything that makes us laugh or ponder usually works best. We'll choose a winner on Saturday the 15th of March.

That's it! Get out there and get reviewing!
