Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa recently launched a special “Beach Cuisine” concept at .IZE, the resort’s signature restaurant, featuring contemporary dishes as crafted by Chef de Cuisine Randolph Ng.

“It's contemporary inspired cuisine that is crafted with fresh local & imported ingredients to produce clean flavors. Our grain fed Angus beef is air shipped from Australia twice weekly, while our seafood is caught daily & delivered live to preserve freshness.” remarked Randolph Ng, Chef De Cuisine.

The new menu features .IZE signature dishes including: Reef & Beef – a dish of Australian Black Angus tenderloin & ½ Island lobster with garlic butter & Hollandaise sauce; and Lobster Thermidor - whole lobster tail poached gently & gratinated with a Parmesan & mustard sauce. Desserts complete the experience with Lemon Tart & Raspberry Granita or Profiteroles with choice of Ice creams & Chocolate Sauce.
