Yogalicious, a cafe in the former French concession, Shanghai

Yogalicious

Yogalicious offers morning and occasionally evening yoga classes on its breezy terrace in Ferguson Lane. Spaces are often limited though and require prior reservation. The deck provides a unique experience with views of the surrounding area, and even if there aren't classes on, they encourage people to bring their own yoga mats to practice or even sunbathe. There is a shaded indoor area that houses a café offering acai bowls, oatmeal and daily baked goods with hot and cold beverages like tea and coffee. It’s more of a lifestyle destination and hidden terrace rather than a studio.
