Donate Clothes for a FREE Beer at The Rooster This Saturday

The Rooster has long since been giving back to the community, organizing clothing drives and pet adoption days at their humble bar on Shaanxi Bei Lu. This weekend, they're hosting a Christmas clothing drive, and giving a FREE beer for every donation made.

If you have any winter clothes in good, wearable condition, bring them over. They need warm clothes (rumor is Shanghai will see -10 degree celsius temperatures this year), so that means jackets, coats, pants, shoes, and anything that will help with Shanghai's infamous bone-biting winter. The clothes will go to The Renewal Center, an NGO that helps homeless people in Shanghai to find suport, employment, and a new home. 

AND, we mentioned this already, you'll get a FREE pint of Vedett for your kind efforts. The Rooster will also have a happy hour on through the day on Vedett Extra White, Boulevard Single-Wide IPA, and hot drinks.

We know you definitely have at least one unworn ugly sweater that you can offer up.
