Get ready for a night of beautiful compositions. When the Shanghai Broadcasting Orchestra merged with Shanghai Film Orchestra in 1996, the outcome was Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra. They will be performing Schubert’s "Symphony No.4 in C Minor", Liqing Yang’s "Elegy for Erhu and Orchestra", and more at Shanghai Oriental Art Center. Self proclaimed ‘passive conductor’ and artistic director of the Shanghai Traditional Music Orchestra, Wan Yongji will be the conductor.
