Fan of basketball? We've got just the thing for you.
This year, the NCAA brings in the UCLA Bruins and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets for a transcontinental showdown at the Baoshan Sports Center. Both teams have long traditions of producing talent: UCLA gave us Kareem Abdul-Jabaar, Bill Walton, Reggie Miller and that new LA Lakers wunderkid Lonzo Ball; Tech delivered Chris Bosh, Kenny Anderson and CBA superstar Stephon Marbury.
Both teams have also just finished a successful 2016-17 season. UCLA are coming off a 31-5 record and got as far as the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship Tournament, while Georgia Tech made it all the way to the championship game in the National Invitation Tournament last season.
The UCLA vs Georgia Tech game takes place this Saturday Nov. 11 at 12:30pm, and will be televised on ESPN and streamed on Youku. Nothing beats the real thing though, so we'll be giving away a pair of tickets to the match.
